Co workers took me to eat "cochinillo" a young roa

Co workers took me to eat "cochinillo" a young roast pig that's less than 2 months of age. It's traditionally cut with a plate because it's so tender and then they throw the plate on the ground for...reasons.
Came with giant white beans and Castilian soup the way your grandma made it. The soup had pieces of bread and vegetable broth.
We split the dessert: Cheesecake, flan, lemon cake with pop rocks on top, and a local dessert called Ponche segoviano which is layers of marzipan with cake and cream. All very delicious. $40 per person

Been wanting to try the original since I've had the dim sum and Macau ones. This one was too sweet, prefer the Chinese ones. Crust is good though.
