When we came to Rochester last Thursday to meet with my doctors, Dr. Wiisanen said that since my neutrophil count got to be so low and I had fevers, he recommends that I be put on a medication called Neulasta after I finish this week’s sprint of chemo therapy.

Since I had a long day ahead of me, Dad decided to drive us down to Mayo on Sunday afternoon so I could rest and be ready for round 2 day 1 of my chemo treatment.

You know that scene in Finding Nemo when Nemo’s friends want to touch the butt (boat)? Then Nemo’s dad swims in and yells at him saying “You think you can do these things but you just can’t Nemo!”

I took a few days off blogging because things have generally been uneventful, which is a good thing right?
